Designed and implemented the end‑to‑end solution architecture enabling seamless integration between Apriso MES and autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) systems across multiple plants. The integration was delivered via SOAP/REST APIs, ensuring reliable bidirectional communication. Upon spool doffing, MES automatically triggers an order creation process for the OTM server, initiating AGV movement from point X to point Y. This automation significantly improved material flow efficiency, eliminated manual handling steps, and enhanced operational traceability.

Led the full‑scale machine‑integration program, designing the architecture and communication interfaces for connecting all shop‑floor equipment to Apriso MES through MI Client.
